Led systemic change to the working culture within a global IT team of 350 people.

Consciously established new leadership behaviours, communicated relentlessly, reconfigured the working environment….all designed to create a team context in which people could thrive, learn and deliver.

Worked with innovative partners at the Institute of Human Development to conceive and drive a ‘Pathfinder’ programme to support every individual as they stepped forward into new roles and embraced new ways of working. This led to a contagion of positivity and confidence and tangibly improved services.
